Roald Dahl 5: We became digital illustrators! Merging Felicitas Tomkinson’s technique with Quentin Blake’s.

We invited Greta Beeh, our Art teacher, as an expert to help us recreate Quentin Blake’s technique digitally. During the Art lesson, 4th graders used an app called “Pen and Ink: A watercolour notebook” to create a digital illustration of one of the bugs in “James and the Giant Peach”, merging Quentin Blake’s style (who uses India ink and watercolours) with Felicitas Tomkinson’s (who is a digital illustrator).   Take a look!
